Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Provided the item you order is in stock we aim to dispatch it to you the same day if you order before 2pm. If there is an issue with your item, for example it is out of stock, we will notify you via email or phone.
For pre-orders only: if you have additional garments included in the order with your pre-order item, your full order will be sent after the arrival date of your pre-ordered item. If you want the other item(s) please place a separate order.
UK DELIVERY (NEXT WORKING DAY)
Postage for all UK orders is charged at £6 and will be sent via DHL.
Please be aware that all deliveries need to be signed for, and you will be sent an hours time slot, so please ensure there will be someone at the delivery address. If there is no one available to sign for your delivery then the courier will leave a card with details of how to arrange a re-delivery or where to collect your package.
Gussy and Lou will not be held responsible for parcels that are not collected in time. Should the parcel need to be sent again, the re-delivery postage charge will fall upon the customer.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International postage is charged from £15 and sent via DPD
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays. Any customs duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Returns
We hope you will enjoy your Gussy and Lou however, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return them within 14 days of delivery for a refund. A credit note will be issued for returns received after this window.
Returns can only be accepted if the garments are returned to us in unworn, saleable condition, with all the labels still attached.
Please note we are unable to refund the original shipping charges. Refunds may take up to 6 days to process.
The cost of returning an item to us falls upon the purchaser, not Gussy and Lou. We recommend you send your return via a tracked service. Gussy and Lou will not be held responsible for returns which do not arrive.

In the unlikely event you receive goods that do not match your order, or they are faulty – please contact us immediately (this must be within 4 days of receiving the goods) Gussy and Lou is responsible for paying the shipment costs.
You will be given the option to have the goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the goods. Refunds or replacements will be issued upon receipt of the returned goods, minus the shipping costs.
